End of Service Date and Final Opportunities
Mark your calendars! November 28th, 2024, marks the end of online play for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. This comes just days after the game's seventh anniversary on November 21st.
Players will no longer be able to acquire Leaf Tickets or renew Pocket Camp Club memberships. Auto-renewal for Pocket Camp Club memberships will cease on October 28th, with no refunds for existing memberships after that date (though a commemorative badge will be awarded). Your last chance to purchase Leaf Tickets is November 26th. Say goodbye to the online community at 7:00 AM PST on November 28th.
A Silver Lining: Offline Play
While the online experience is ending, Nintendo plans to release a paid offline version of the game. This version will lack online features such as Market Boxes, gifting, and visiting friends' campsites. However, players will retain their saved progress and enjoy core gameplay without an internet connection. Expect more information on this paid offline version around October 2024.
Nintendo's Mobile Game Strategy
