正如Koei Tecmo Europe于2024年11月26日在Twitter(X)上宣布的那样，《Atelier Resleriana：The Red Alchemist & The White Guardian》这款即将推出的衍生游戏将不会采用卡池系统，这与它的手游前作《Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy and the Polar Night Liberator》截然不同。

Koei Tecmo 宣布新作将没有卡池系统，这无疑是一个重要的消息。大多数卡池游戏中，玩家不可避免地会遇到需要大量肝或氪金才能继续推进游戏进度的瓶颈。而本作则无需购买宝石来解锁角色或强力道具。

Atelier Resleriana Won't Have Gacha 除了没有卡池系统外，公告还提到游戏“可以离线游玩”，无需玩过其手游前作。游戏官网也提到，“兰塔纳等待着新的主角和原创故事”，表明游戏共享同一个世界观，但不一定沿用前作的角色和故事背景。
