Gamescom 2024: New Game Announcements and Major Updates Confirmed for Opening Night Live

Gamescom Opening Night Live (ONL) Streams August 20th at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET

Geoff Keighley, host and producer of Gamescom Opening Night Live (ONL), has officially announced that the show will feature brand-new game reveals alongside updates on highly anticipated titles. This year's ONL promises a packed schedule.

While Gamescom has already highlighted games like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Monster Hunter Wilds, Civilization VII, MARVEL Rivals, Dune: Awakening, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, the event will unveil previously unannounced games. The livestream begins August 20th at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET across official streaming platforms.

Keighley's announcements also include:

• The first gameplay showcase of Don't Nod's Lost Records: Bloom & Rage.
• A new trailer for Warhorse Studios' Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
• A new game reveal from Tarsier Studios (creators of Little Nightmares). This will be presented by THQ Nordic.

Call of Duty fans can expect a significant reveal: a live playthrough of the Black Ops 6 campaign. While Nintendo will be absent from Gamescom 2024, The Pokémon Company will have a prominent presence.
