At EVO 2024, Capcom showcased Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics, a compilation of seven classic titles from the Versus series. This collection includes the highly acclaimed Marvel vs. Capcom 2, a landmark title in fighting game history. IGN's interview with Matsumoto revealed a three-to-four-year development process, highlighting the significant effort invested in bringing these games to modern platforms.
