Act 3 introduces a unique challenge: collecting five Golden Idols, which, despite being labeled "Quest Items," don't appear in your quest log. Unlike typical quest items, these aren't traded for quest progression; instead, they're valuable commodities.
Locating the Golden Idols
After exploring the Vaal ruins beneath the Ziggurat Encampment in Act 3 and traveling through a time portal, you'll find yourself in Utzaal (The Drowned City in the present), the Vaal civilization at its zenith. Within Utzaal and the connected area, Aggorat, lie five Golden Idols. These aren't random enemy drops; they're found on the ground or pedestals, often in side rooms.

Cashing In Your Discoveries
Once you've collected a Golden Idol, return to the Ziggurat Encampment and locate Oswald in the north. He's your buyer. The selling prices are as follows:

- Glorious Idol: 1500 Gold
- Elegant Idol: 1000 Gold
- Exceptional Idol: 1500 Gold
Finding all five yields a tidy 6000 Gold. Given their size and limited use, sell them immediately to free up inventory space.
