Recent speculation suggests Gotham Knights may be heading to the Nintendo Switch 2. This intriguing possibility stems from a game developer's resume, as highlighted by YouTuber Doctre81 on January 5, 2025.
The resume, belonging to a former QLOC employee (2018-2023), lists several notable titles including Mortal Kombat 11 and Tales of Vesperia. Crucially, it also features Gotham Knights, specifying development for two currently unreleased platforms.
While one platform could potentially be the original Nintendo Switch (due to a since-removed ESRB rating), performance issues on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S might hinder that possibility. The listing of a second unreleased platform strongly suggests the Nintendo Switch 2 as the more likely candidate.
