Bitmap Bureau Studio hat ein Retro-Seitenlaufspiel angekündigt, das von Terminator 2 inspiriert ist.

Basierend auf dem legendären zweiten Film der actiongeladenen Serie versprechen die Entwickler einzigartige Erzählungen und mehrere Enden, während ikonische Filmszenen erhalten bleiben.

Spieler können in die Rolle des T-800, Sarah Connor oder eines erwachsenen John Connor schlüpfen. Als T-800 oder Sarah stellt man sich dem T-1000; als John führt man den Widerstand an.

Fans werden sich über das klassische Terminator 2-Thema im Trailer und vertraute Szenen, die in lebendiger Pixelkunst neu interpretiert wurden, freuen. Neben der Hauptgeschichte bietet das Spiel verschiedene Arcade-Modi.

Die Veröffentlichung ist für den 5. September 2025 geplant, und es wird auf allen aktuellen Konsolen und dem PC verfügbar sein.
