New Terminator 2D Game Revealed: No Fate, Fresh Storylines

Bitmap Bureau Studio has announced a retro-style side-scrolling game inspired by Terminator 2.

Drawing from the legendary second film in the action-packed series, the developers pledge unique narratives and multiple endings while preserving iconic movie scenes.

Players can embody the T-800, Sarah Connor, or an adult John Connor. As the T-800 or Sarah, confront the T-1000; as John, lead the resistance.

Fans will rejoice at the classic Terminator 2 theme in the trailer and familiar scenes reimagined in vibrant pixel art. Beyond the core story, the game offers various arcade modes.

Slated for release on September 5, 2025, it will be available on all current-gen consoles and PC.
