Simply spell 10 words correctly. Be the fastest player in the weekly contest to win $100 USD, or be the fastest speller in the monthly contest to win $1000 USD.

You don’t have to be the fastest speller to win SPELLIT®’s weekly $100 prize. Anyone 13 or older (except where restricted or prohibited) who spells 10 words correctly within 5 minutes is entered into the weekly random drawing. The more you play, the better your chances of winning.

If you misspell a word, use the BACK key to erase the mistake. Press the HEAR key to have a word repeated. After spelling each word, press the ENTER key.

The names and game times of the top 100 fastest players are listed on the results page, so you can check if you or a friend is a winner—subject to verification of play according to the Official SPELLIT® Game Rules.
