Several of Samsung's 2025 TV models, first unveiled at CES earlier this year, are now available for purchase directly from Samsung's online store. Select Neo QLED and OLED TVs are currently in stock and shipping immediately, with deliveries possible as early as April 9-10. You can also pick up certain models at your local Best Buy. Samsung announced a total of six Mini-LED TV models for 2025, with three ready to buy today. The Neo QLED QN990F and QN900F are true 8K TVs featuring incremental upgrades like the new anti-glare technology, the One Connect wireless transmitter box, and access to Samsung's Art Store, previously exclusive to The Frame TVs. The Neo QLED QN90F, QN85F, QN80F, and QN70F are the new 4K Mini-LED models. The high-end QN90F will include a 165Hz refresh rate, a Gen 3 processor, and the same anti-glare coating as the S95F. The mid-range QN85F will be Samsung's first 100-inch TV.

S85F 4K OLED Smart TV

The new OLED lineup—comprising the S95F, S90F, and S85F—incorporates several refinements over previous generations. The flagship S95F boasts a new NQ4 AI Gen 3 processor, a faster 165Hz refresh rate, an improved anti-glare coating, and an upgraded QD-OLED panel delivering up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness. The S90F also features the Gen 3 processor, a 144Hz refresh rate with VRR, and a QD-OLED panel capable of up to 1,300 nits of brightness (for models 55 inches and larger). The S85F remains the entry-level OLED option with a Gen 2 processor and is the only model currently available.

2025 Samsung The Frame Pro Art TV

Not yet released

The Frame Pro will debut this year alongside the standard Frame TV. The Pro version finally adopts the superior Neo QLED Mini-LED panel for richer, brighter colors, a 144Hz refresh rate, the new anti-glare technology, and wireless connectivity via a One Connect box that can be discreetly stored. The standard The Frame TV will continue to be available, presumably at a much lower price point.

AI and Anti-Glare Technology Lead Samsung's 2025 Innovations

Following the industry trend, Samsung is heavily investing in AI. Their new "Vision AI" for 2025 can identify the content you're watching, including specific details like actors or locations, and display relevant personalized commentary in real time. Furthermore, more TVs this year will feature AI Upscaling Pro and AI Motion Enhancer Pro, technologies that work together to dynamically optimize picture quality. Additional features include Active Voice Amplifier Pro, which uses AI to isolate and enhance dialogue, AI Optimization, and an AI Energy Mode.

Samsung is also decisively expanding the matte-like anti-glare coating, first seen on the 2024 S95D, across more of its TV panels. This unique anti-reflective technology minimizes glare without the color desaturation common with other brands' solutions, reducing reflections so effectively they become virtually unnoticeable.
