The free Anniversary Update, launching October 22nd alongside The Lake House expansion, delivers significant enhancements. Key additions include expanded accessibility options, such as infinite ammo and one-hit kills, inverted horizontal axis control, and improved DualSense functionality on PS5 (haptic feedback for healing and throwables).

This major update also incorporates numerous quality-of-life improvements based on player feedback. Remedy highlights their ongoing commitment to Alan Wake 2, balancing development of the Night Springs and Lake House expansions with community feedback integration.
