Albion Online's Rogue Frontier Update: Smugglers, New Weapons, and More!

Sandbox Interactive's medieval fantasy MMORPG, Albion Online, is getting a major update on February 3rd: Rogue Frontier. This first major update of the year introduces a host of exciting new features.

Outland Adventures: The Smuggler's Network

Rogue Frontier centers around a group of rebels—The Smugglers—who've established a presence in the Outlands, defying the Royal Continent's strict laws. They've created hidden underground bases known as Smuggler's Dens, serving as vital hubs for banking, repairs, and expedition planning. These dens are interconnected through the Smuggler's Network, a sophisticated marketplace system spanning the Outlands.

Players can actively participate in the ongoing conflict between the Smugglers and the Royal Guards. Assist the Smugglers by rescuing captured members or delivering contraband within Smuggler Crates.

Rewards for Loyalty

Show your allegiance to the Smugglers and be rewarded by Maggy Slade, a mysterious trader residing in the dens. Earn valuable items such as the Smuggler's Vanity Set, a Smuggler's Cape (with a potion cooldown reduction ability), a Smuggler's Ring, and a unique Avatar.

New additions include Kill Trophies, dropped by defeated players. The quality of the loot from the defeated player increases the chance of obtaining a trophy.

Powerful New Weapons

Rogue Frontier introduces stylish and powerful new weapons:

• Rotcaller Staff: Summons a chilling mist to repel enemies.
• Skystrider Bow: Allows levitation for ranged attacks from above.
• Forcepulse Bracers: Unleashes shockwaves during melee dashes.
