Call of Duty: Mobile's Season 8, "Shadow Operatives," launches August 28th at 5 PM PT, introducing a cast of morally ambiguous characters that blur the lines between good and evil. This season delivers a thrilling blend of new content, including maps, weapons, and cosmetic items.

Dive into the Action: New Map and Weaponry

The highlight is the new Combine Multiplayer map, a compact research outpost set in the Sahara Desert. Fans of Black Ops III will find familiar territory in this close-quarters combat arena, offering intense firefights in tight spaces and strategic opportunities for snipers on balconies and under bridges.

Alongside the map, players can wield the LAG 53 Assault Rifle, a high-mobility weapon ideal for aggressive playstyles. The new Assassin Perk adds another layer of strategy, targeting players with killstreaks. The JAK-12 Dragon's Breath attachment also makes an appearance.

In-Game Store: Mythic Weapons and Camos

The in-game store features the Mythic JAK-12 – Rising Ashes, a phoenix-themed weapon with fiery details. Owners of the Mythic Krig 6 – Ice Drake will unlock the Awaken Weapon Camo, combining ice and fire aesthetics.

The Season 8 Battle Pass offers a range of free and premium rewards. The free tier includes skins, weapon blueprints, Vault Coins, and the LAG 53. Premium Pass holders will receive Operator Skins, such as Samael – Techno Thug and Zoe – Nocturnal. Additionally, the Tokyo Escape Battle Pass from Season 3 (2021) returns to the Battle Pass Vault.
