Zenless Zone Zero unveils a captivating new story arc centered around Astra Yao. This latest addition from miHoYo (HoYoverse) delves into the enigmatic singer's past, offering players a glimpse into her backstory.

A new animated short reveals Astra Yao performing at a benefit concert, commemorating a devastating cavernous disaster. The narrative then shifts to her past, showcasing impactful events leading to her present. This follows her introduction in the first character banner of Zenless Zone Zero 1.5, with Evelyn Chevalier featured in the second.

The 1.5 update also includes the customary miHoYo (HoYoverse) polychrome distribution. Players receive 300 polychromes for bug fixes and another 300 for technical improvements related to the update. These are delivered via in-game mail.

The update introduces Agent Astra Yao (Air, Support), a new S-rank agent. Beyond her singing career, Astra Yao is a formidable support character. Her abilities focus on restoring ally HP and significantly boosting damage output. Effective use of her skills enhances attack chains and quick assists, enabling devastating damage against enemies.
