January 2025

On January 17, Tecmo Koei brings back their beloved musou series with Dynasty Warriors: Origins, the first major installment since 2018. Continuing the tradition of its predecessors, this game offers the thrilling experience of taking down Nazis from afar. And yes, you can still aim for those infamous shots. On February 11, immerse yourself in the world of 14th-century Bohemia with Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Following the journey of Henry of Skalitz, this sequel to the acclaimed RPG offers deep role-playing and a vast open world. Also releasing on February 11, Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 continues its legacy of guiding civilizations through the ages. With its well-known formula of Exploring, Expanding, Exploiting, and Exterminating, this game is set to launch on nearly all platforms, excluding mobile.

On February 14, Assassin’s Creed Shadows takes players to feudal Japan, allowing you to experience the life of both a ninja and a samurai through its dual protagonists. Available on current-gen consoles and PC, it's perfect for those looking for an immersive open-world experience.

If you're alone on Valentine's Day, Date Everything! offers a unique dating sim experience where you can romance a variety of inanimate objects. Fully voice-acted and available on PS5, Xbox Series consoles, Switch, and PC, it's sure to provide some laughs and companionship.

On February 18, Avowed from Obsidian hits Xbox Series consoles and PC. Set in the same universe as Pillars of Eternity but with a first-person perspective and real-time action combat, it promises a more concise RPG experience akin to The Outer Worlds.
