After selecting a prayer topic, you'll need to watch a short advertisement for your prayer to be answered. Results vary depending on your chosen topic. Praying for fertility may result in pregnancy; general prayers offer random benefits (money, new friends, etc.); and praying for health can cure diseases – particularly useful for challenges like "Disco Inferno."

Instead of praying, you can choose to "curse" the developers. This might result in negative consequences (losing a friend, illness), but occasionally yields unexpected positive outcomes (e.g., receiving money).
