Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 2 Simplifies Camo Challenge Tracking

Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 introduces Camo Challenge Tracking, a significant quality-of-life improvement for players striving for Dark Matter, Nebula, and 100 Percenter camos. This feature streamlines the often-daunting camo unlock process.

The new system allows players to manually track up to ten camo and ten calling card challenges concurrently. Progress is readily accessible in-game, eliminating the need to constantly check the main menu. The tracker also proactively notifies players of nearing completion for challenges, even those not actively tracked.

Tracking Challenges:

To track a camo or calling card challenge, navigate to the desired challenge and press Y (Xbox) or Triangle (PlayStation) to add it to the tracker. This allows for real-time progress monitoring during matches.

Even without manually tracking a challenge, the game automatically highlights those closest to completion. A comprehensive list of near-complete camos and calling cards is also viewable in the Daily Challenges section of the Black Ops 6 lobby.

Improved Camo Unlock Requirements:

Season 2 also reduces the number of military camos required to unlock special camos from nine to five. While two special camos are still needed for mastery camos, this adjustment significantly eases the grind.

This update directly addresses player feedback regarding the sheer number of camos and the difficulty of tracking progress. Treyarch's responsiveness improves the overall Black Ops 6 experience.
