The second part of the latest Wonder Pick event in Pokemon TCG Pocket is now in full swing, bringing more excitement to fans. Running until February 21st, this event introduces a range of new Chimchar-themed accessories and a classic Poke Ball avatar icon, alongside engaging missions to complete for those eager to collect all the new rewards.

If you enjoyed the first part of the event, you'll be thrilled with what's on offer now, especially if you're a fan of Chimchar. Personally, while I appreciate the little fire monkey, it doesn't quite make it into my top 100 favorite Pokemon. Nevertheless, the event offers a Chimchar-themed Pokemon coin, card sleeve, and playmat, showcasing its evolutions, Monferno and Infernape. These items are perfect for enthusiasts looking to add a fiery touch to their collection.

For those less enamored with flaming monkeys, the new Poke Ball icon might catch your eye. While it's a bit underwhelming for me, it's an iconic symbol that could fit nicely as someone's avatar. I'll stick with my quirky knitted Electrode for now, hoping for something more exciting in future updates.

It's Monkey Business in Pokemon TCG Pocket

The missions for this event are straightforward and rewarding. Complete six Wonder Picks and collect 10 Fire and Psychic-Type Pokemon, and you're all set. Each Wonder Pick earns you 100 Trade Tokens, while completing the other missions will net you various amounts of Event Shop Tickets. With a bit of determination and the right use of Wonder Hourglass, you can quickly secure these rewards.

If you've missed the start of the event, don't worry—all the goodies from the first part, including a Chimchar backdrop and cover, and a Cave of Crystals backdrop, are still available until February 21st. Not to mention, the promo cards featuring Chimchar and the adorable Togepi are still up for grabs.
