Clash of Clans to Overhaul Game in March 2025 Update
Clash of Clans is set to launch a major update in March 2025, introducing long-awaited changes requested by the community for years. This update marks one of the most significant shifts in the game's history, with several familiar features being retired.
No Troop, Spell or Siege Machine Training Time!
You can now launch consecutive attacks without any delays, making combat feel faster and more dynamic than before. Hero regeneration time has also been removed, ensuring your heroes are always ready for battle. These adjustments apply to players in the Titan League and below, while the Legend League will continue with its current daily limit of eight battles.
This overhaul reflects Clash of Clans' ongoing effort to phase out outdated mechanics. After training costs were eliminated in 2022, the removal of training times allows players to enjoy the game without unnecessary restrictions.
Additional refinements are being implemented alongside the March 2025 update. Training Potions and Training Treats are becoming obsolete and will be phased out. They will no longer appear in in-app purchase bundles, and any remaining stock in player inventories will be converted into Gems.
There’s a New Match Anytime System!
When live opponent bases are scarce, the new Match Anytime feature lets you battle against snapshot bases. These are preserved copies of real player bases currently under a Shield.
These encounters work like standard battles, allowing you to earn loot and trophies, but the defending player incurs no losses. This system is already active in Clan Wars and Legend League matches and is now being extended to multiplayer battles.
Another important change involves Trophy Curves. With the increased frequency of battles, the trophy rewards for victories are being reduced. Additionally, Clan Castle request timers are being standardized to a fixed 10-minute cooldown for all players.
Download Clash of Clans from the Google Play Store to prepare for these exciting updates.
