The update introduces Dragon Lord Dark Cacao Cookie, an Ancient+ rarity Charge-type Cookie with a powerful Awakened King skill. The Bad and the Ugly:

The introduction of the Ancient+ rarity, a level above existing Ancient Cookies with a maximum 6-star promotion, has caused widespread discontent. The addition of an eleventh rarity, instead of improving existing characters, is seen as exploitative by many players.

The Korean community and large spending guilds threatened a boycott, leading Devsisters to postpone the update (originally slated for June 20th) to re-evaluate the new rarity system. The official postponement was announced via tweet.
