The Pokémon GO Fashion Week event is back, bringing returning costumed Pokémon and a new addition: costumed Minccino and Cinccino!

Costume Minccino Release Date:

The stylish Minccino and Cinccino, sporting rhinestone glasses and bows, debuted during Fashion Week 2025, running from January 10th to 19th, 2025. Shiny Costume Minccino was available, but a Shiny Costume Cinccino was not.

This year's event also features costumed Butterfree, Dragonite, Diglett, Blitzle, Kirlia, Shinx, and various Furfrou forms in the wild and Raids.

How to Catch Costume Minccino:

Unlike previous events, obtaining the costumed Minccino is slightly more challenging. It's available through two methods:

One-Star Raids:

Costume Minccino appears in One-Star Raids throughout the event. These are generally soloable, but you might need to check several Gyms as other costumed Pokémon (Shinx and Furfrou) also appear in these raids.

Paid Timed Research:

A $5 USD (or local equivalent) ticket grants access to a Timed Research with XP, Stardust, a new avatar pose, and guaranteed encounters with costumed Minccino. This is the most reliable method to secure one.

Field Research Tasks:

While Field Research Tasks offer encounters with event Pokémon, Niantic's blog doesn't specify if Minccino is included. Free players may need to rely on raids.

How to Get Costume Cinccino:

To obtain a Cinccino in its fashionable attire, you must evolve a costumed Minccino. This requires 50 Minccino Candies and an Unova Stone.
