Curing Food Poisoning:

The only cure for food poisoning is a digestive potion. You can purchase these from most apothecaries, including those in Troskowitz, Trosky Castle, and the Nomads' Camp. They're relatively inexpensive.

Alternatively, and recommended for long-term survival, acquire the recipe from an apothecary and brew your own. You'll need two thistles, two nettles, water, and one charcoal. The brewing process is as follows:

1. Boil two thistles in water for two turns.
2. Grind the nettles and add them to the cauldron, boiling for one turn.
3. Grind the charcoal and add it.
4. Pour the potion.

Note: Bozhena's hut provides a safe alchemy station; using others may anger shopkeepers.

Preventing Food Poisoning:

The best way to avoid food poisoning is to only consume fresh food. Check the "Freshness" meter in your inventory. Red indicates a risk of poisoning; only eat food with a white freshness level.

Consider using perks that slow food spoilage, or preserving food by cooking or drying.
