Dark Fantasy ARPG: Unveil the Darkness in Dark Sword
Daeri Soft's new idle game, Dark Sword – The Rising, plunges players into a dark fantasy world dominated by a fearsome Dark Dragon. The game, a successor to the original Dark Sword, retains its distinctive silhouette art style while enhancing the gameplay with more dynamic hack-and-slash action and an improved combat system.
A World Shrouded in Darkness:
The setting is a world consumed by darkness, where cities lie in ruins, heroes are lost, and despair reigns supreme. Players assume the role of the last remaining warrior, tasked with rekindling hope in this grim landscape. The idle game mechanics ensure progress continues even offline, automatically collecting items and boosting character advancement.
Strategic Skill Progression:
Dark Sword – The Rising features 36 skills, ranging from devastating attacks like "Meteor Storm" to debilitating abilities such as "Soul Breaker." Skill upgrades enhance their power, and collecting skills also provides stat boosts, encouraging experimentation with different builds to maximize effectiveness.
Engaging Dungeon Crawls:
The game's dungeons are a highlight, offering diverse challenges and rewards:
- Dragon Heart: Confront powerful dragons in epic battles.
- Daily Dungeon: Provides unique daily challenges and rewards.
- Ancient Treasury: Offers a chance to acquire significant gold, experience, and equipment.
- Hell’s Forge & Temple of Awakening: Yield valuable resources and awakening stones.
- Traces of the Gods: Allows crafting powerful stigmatas to increase character strength.
Powerful Equipment Sets:
Players can equip various powerful gear sets, each with unique effects:
- Inferno Set: Imbues attacks with fiery lava damage.
- Lightning Set: Boosts speed and power with lightning energy.
- Blizzard Set: Freezes enemies in place.
A "Fever Mode" further amplifies the character's combat prowess, unleashing a destructive rampage.
