Unlocking Domain Expansion
Jujutsu Infinite features two Domain types: Incomplete and Full Domain Expansion.
- Incomplete Domain: Unlocked upon completing the final story segment (Level 420). Functions similarly to a Full Domain, but innate abilities lack full area-of-effect (AoE).
- Full Domain Expansion: The culmination of the Mastery path for certain Legendary and Special Grade Cursed Techniques. Located in the Innate Skills menu (Mastery path, far right). Requires a Domain Shard and Mastery Level 250 in the specific Innate Technique.
Obtaining Domain Shards
Domain Shards are rare and valuable. Acquisition methods include:
- Curse Market NPC: Periodically sells Domain Shards for Demon Fingers and Jade Lotuses.
- Chests: A low-probability loot drop; luck-boosting consumables are recommended.
- Trading: Exchange with other players.
- World Loot: Spawns on the map; requires the Item Notifier gamepass (2,699 Robux) for efficient tracking.
Using Domain Expansion
Domain Expansion is your ultimate ability.
- Equip: Select it via the Skills menu.
- Fill Meter: Damage enemies to fill the Domain Meter.
- Activate: Press the assigned hotkey.
Within your Domain, innate skills gain full AoE, become undodgeable, and offensive/defensive stats increase by 50% (Incomplete Domains only receive the stat boost).
Domain Clashing
Simultaneous Domain Expansions trigger a minigame. Press LMB (M1) when the red line aligns within the blue sections of the meter. The victor expands their Domain, depleting the opponent's meter.
Defending Against Domain Expansion
Several defensive options exist:
- Simple Domain: (Technique tree, 20 SP) Creates a small area within an enemy's Domain, negating its effects.
- Hollow Wicker Basket: (Unlockable technique) Negates enemy Domain effects but prevents innate technique use.
- Heavenly Restriction: (1699 Robux gamepass) Negates most sure-hit effects within a Domain.
