2024年下架的Doom Slayers合集，包含四款Doom游戏，或将以PS5和Xbox Series X/S新版本的形式回归。

ESRB的评级信息显示，该合集有望登陆次世代主机，但Switch以及上一代主机版本则未被提及。此外，备受期待的Doom前传作品《Doom: The Dark Ages》也将于2025年登陆PS5、Xbox Series X/S和PC平台。

这款包含四款不同Doom游戏的合集——Doom Slayers Collection，在2024年下架后，可能会以PS5和Xbox Series X/S的新版本重新发行。该第一人称射击游戏合集包含了初代《Doom》、《Doom 2》、《Doom 3》以及2016年重启作《Doom》的重制版。

1993年的《Doom》对第一人称射击游戏类型的影响力巨大，鲜有游戏能与之匹敌。这款由id Software开发的游戏是首批采用3D图形、多人游戏和支持用户自制MOD的游戏之一。它不仅在发售时取得了巨大的成功，还催生了一个从电子游戏到真人电影的广受欢迎的系列作品。该IP在游戏界的重要性也使其曾被考虑用于《Secret Level》的联动剧集，可惜最终未能实现。然而，似乎即将成为现实的是，一款于2024年8月下架的Doom游戏合集的回归。

最初于2019年在PS4、Xbox One和PC平台发行的Doom Slayers Collection，可能很快就会回归。该合集已获得ESRB的“M”级评级，预示着它可能登陆PS5和Xbox Series X/S。虽然ESRB网站列出了这两款主机以及PC作为目标平台，但并未提及Switch或上一代PlayStation和Xbox主机，这暗示这些平台可能不会重新获得Slayers Collection的数字版本。有趣的是，《Doom 64》最近也获得了ESRB的PS5和Xbox Series X/S评级，这也增加了该合集回归的可能性。这是因为Doom Slayers Collection的实体版包含了《Doom 64》重制版的下载码。

除了Doom Slayers Collection可能重新发行外，该系列的粉丝们还有一款备受期待的Doom前传可以期待。《Doom: The Dark Ages》计划于2025年在PS5、Xbox Series X/S和PC平台发布，为这个长期运行的科幻系列带来耳目一新的中世纪风格。
