MSRP Details

While some Nintendo Switch 2 titles, such as Mario Kart World, and even some upgraded original Switch games like Super Mario Party Jamboree, are priced at a new $79.99, Donkey Kong Bananza sticks to the $69.99 mark. This is $10 more than the standard price for most original Switch games, but it's a relief it's not the higher $79.99.

Gameplay and Features

Donkey Kong Bananza marks the first new 3D Donkey Kong game since the iconic 1999 N64 title, Donkey Kong 64. A standout feature is Donkey Kong's new digging ability, allowing him to pound and smash his way through the ground and cliff sides. The game promises a treasure trove of secrets and hidden gems to discover underground.

While much of the action takes place below the surface, you'll explore a variety of settings, from lush forests and rugged canyons to serene lagoons and icy tundras. Staying true to the series, you'll also encounter classic side-scrolling and exhilarating mine cart sections. It's shaping up to be a blast!
