Eighth Era has undergone a major update, introducing competitive PvP battles and several significant enhancements. Nice Gang and Perfect Day Games have officially rolled out the new Arena mode, allowing players to challenge one another—though there’s a catch.

What’s the Catch?

To enter the Arena, you must first reach Level 9. Once you do, you’ll assemble a team from a pool of 50 heroes and step into asynchronous combat. From now on, you’ll face real players worldwide—not just AI opponents.

The new PvP Arena mode in Eighth Era is built around strategy. Each season, certain factions receive stat bonuses, making it crucial to choose your heroes wisely. Climbing the Arena Leagues unlocks a wealth of rewards, and at the end of every season, the top players earn exclusive, high-value loot.

These rewards aren’t just virtual either. Top performers in select tournaments will receive real-world collectibles. The decision to mail physical trophies to winners is a bold and exciting move by the development and publishing teams.

Season Two of Eighth Era arrives in late April, bringing more exclusive collectibles. This time, you can earn limited-edition coins featuring newly playable characters. Finish in the top ten of the tournament, and one of these coins will be shipped directly to your door.

Beyond the PvP Arena update, Eighth Era includes several quality-of-life upgrades. The reward system has been overhauled, offering better loot from tasks and exhibits. Tournaments have also been rebalanced to make rank progression more fair and less tedious.

Last but certainly not least, the game is partnering with the US Mint. An Era Vault event will give players a chance to win a Silver Eagle bullion coin. Yes—playing an RPG could land you an authentic piece of American currency!
