A new evil ending has been revealed in Baldur's Gate
Baldur's Gate 3's hidden depths continue to unveil themselves. Larian Studios' RPG is a treasure trove of secrets, many unearthed by dedicated dataminers.
One such discovery, a particularly grim ending, has resurfaced during testing of the game's eighth major patch. This ending allows the player character to forcibly remove and destroy the illithid parasite, surviving unscathed. A subsequent choice presents itself: depart with companions, or leave them behind.
The community speculates that this previously hidden conclusion will be fully integrated with the release of patch eight.
