Ezio Voted Most Popular Character by Ubisoft Japan Fans
Ubisoft Japan's 30th Anniversary Character Awards: Ezio Auditore Takes the Crown!
Ubisoft Japan's recent Character Awards, celebrating their 30th anniversary, have declared a winner! Ezio Auditore da Firenze, the iconic protagonist of the Assassin's Creed series, has been voted the most popular character across all Ubisoft Japan titles. The online poll, running from November 1st, 2024, allowed fans to select their top three favorite characters.
To celebrate Ezio's victory, Ubisoft Japan has unveiled a special webpage featuring unique artwork of the character. Furthermore, four free digital wallpapers (PC and mobile) are available for download. A lucky 30 fans will receive an exclusive Ezio acrylic stand set, while 10 will win a massive 180cm Ezio body pillow!
The top ten characters are:
- Ezio Auditore da Firenze (Assassin's Creed II, Brotherhood, Liberation)
- Aiden Pearce (Watch Dogs)
- Edward James Kenway (Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag)
- Bayek (Assassin's Creed Origins)
- Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad (Assassin's Creed)
- Wrench (Watch Dogs)
- Pagan Min (Far Cry)
- Eivor Varinsdottir (Assassin's Creed Valhalla)
- Kassandra (Assassin's Creed Odyssey)
- Aaron Keener (The Division 2)
In a separate poll, the Assassin's Creed franchise also claimed the top spot for most popular game series, surpassing Rainbow Six Siege and Watch Dogs. The Division and Far Cry followed in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
