Medallion Bosses, marked on the map, offer powerful Mythic weapons and unique Medallions upon defeat.

Shogun X: Roaming boss, location shown on map. Defeating him grants his Mythic Sentinel Pump Shotgun, Mythic Fire Oni Mask, and Mythic Typhoon Blade (requires full defeat on the floating island). His Medallion provides infinite stamina and invisibility while sprinting.
Night Rose: Located at Demon's Dojo. Defeating her yields a Mythic Veiled Precision SMG, Mythic Void Oni Mask, and her Medallion (auto-reloading weapons).
