FragPunk Console Launch Postponed: Technical Glitches
Bad Guitar, the creative minds behind the eagerly awaited hero shooter FragPunk, have announced a delay in the release of the game's console versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Originally, fans were set to dive into the action across all platforms on March 6, but due to unexpected technical issues, console players will have to wait a bit longer. Although a new release date for the console editions has yet to be set, Bad Guitar has promised to keep the community informed every step of the way.
In a gesture of goodwill, Bad Guitar has detailed a compensation package for those who pre-ordered FragPunk on consoles. Players can opt for a refund or choose to receive in-game bonuses, including credits and rewards from the game's first season, which will be available upon the console versions' eventual release.
On the brighter side, PC gamers have nothing to worry about—the PC launch of FragPunk is still on track and will go ahead as planned on March 6. So, if you're a PC player, mark your calendars and get ready to jump into the fray!
