Following your separation from Hans, gaining access to the wedding requires undertaking a blacksmith or miller's apprenticeship. Regardless of your chosen profession, the blacksmith's location on your map conveniently leads you to the bow. While the blacksmith job offers access to Semine's wedding and eventually the hermit's sword, the bow is obtainable beforehand.

Locate the blacksmith's workshop in Tachov, north of Troskowitz. Travel west from Troskowitz, following the path north. At the fork where a smaller road branches west, veer right towards a cluster of trees. A small training area, easily overlooked, is nestled within.

This area features a target with arrows—collect these for ammunition. To the right of the target, against a tree trunk, rests the Dogwood Village Bow. Additional resources, such as brew and mushrooms, are also available nearby. Once collected, resume your current quest.

Alternative Acquisition Methods

While purchasable from Huntsman's Son Vitek in Tachov, the Dogwood Village Bow isn't the most powerful ranged weapon. Considering its proximity to the free bow, purchasing it is less efficient. However, Vitek offers superior weaponry, and players can supplement their income through alchemy by gathering herbs and selling potions.

Regardless of your chosen method, a ranged weapon significantly enhances combat, particularly for players who prefer ranged tactics. Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's combat retains similarities to its predecessor, making ranged combat a valuable asset, especially with the inability to adjust difficulty settings.

After securing the bow, continue to Tachov to complete the blacksmith's apprenticeship (saving after forging a sword), or proceed to the miller to advance the main storyline. With a ranged weapon, navigating Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's challenges becomes considerably easier.
