Freedom Wars Remastered: Maximizing Combat Item Loadouts

Freedom Wars Remastered offers diverse loadout options, but Combat Items, crucial consumables, are often limited. This guide addresses both equipping more and acquiring additional Combat Items.

Equipping More Combat Items

Initially, you're restricted to one Combat Item. To increase this limit to four, you need specific Entitlements.

1. Access the "Window On Liberty" in your cell.
2. Select "Claim Entitlements."
3. Navigate to the "Equipment" section.
4. Locate and claim the "One-Item Permit" and subsequent permits. Each permit adds one additional Combat Item slot, up to a maximum of four.

These permits become available as you progress. By CODE level 3, all four should be accessible. Note that later permits unlock only after purchasing the preceding one. Equipping a Combat Item automatically equips your entire stack of that item.

Your Accessory slot can also hold a single Combat Item, deployed at your discretion.

Acquiring More Combat Items

Once you progress past the initial missions, you'll gain access to "The Warren" HUB area. Within The Warren, "Zakka," a store on the upper level, offers Combat Item purchases.

1. Locate Zakka in The Warren.
2. Select "Buy Items."
3. Browse the "Munitions" (offensive items) and "Medical Supplies" (healing and support items) categories.

Combat Items are purchased individually; bulk purchases can be costly in Entitlement Points. While Operations sometimes reward Combat Items, this isn't a reliable farming method due to the time investment and the possibility of consuming more than you gain.
