Unlocking Genetic Apex Packs in Pokémon TCG Pocket During Space-Time Smackdown

The Pokémon TCG Pocket Space-Time Smackdown event, focusing on the Sinnoh region, launched on January 30th, 2025. While many players were eager to open Dialga and Palkia packs, the absence of the Kanto-region focused Genetic Apex set initially caused concern. Despite being available since launch, its size and popularity made its temporary removal from the main screen unsettling.

  1. Navigate to the pack-opening screen.
  2. Locate and select "Select other booster packs" in the bottom right corner.
  3. Choose the Genetic Apex set from the available options.
  4. Select your preferred pack to open.
