After over two years of waiting, PC players of *Grand Theft Auto V* are set to receive a substantial update on March 4 that will bring the game up to speed with its console counterparts. This update introduces features from the native PS5 and Xbox Series versions, which were originally released in 2022. The good news is that this update will be free for all current players, and your progress in both GTA Online and the Story Mode will seamlessly transfer without any extra steps required.

The bulk of the upgrade focuses on GTA Online, bringing a wealth of content previously unavailable to PC players. In addition, the GTA+ subscription service will now be accessible on PC, offering numerous perks including the ability to collect profits from in-game businesses at an accelerated rate. Rockstar Games has also bolstered the game's anti-cheat measures to ensure a fairer playing field.
