Your job in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 was supposed to be as simple as delivering a letter, but that quickly devolves into a very complicated, multi-step affair. Your first mission in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is to attend a wedding, so here’s how to do it.

Getting Into the Wedding in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

There are two main ways to gain entry to the wedding in Semine in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. You can either speak with the miller Kreyzl, located far to the south, or you can talk to the blacksmith Radovan in Tachov.

No matter which path you choose, you'll have access to a bed and chest, making rest and open-world exploration much more manageable. Both NPCs will assign you different tasks, but they will ultimately lead you to the wedding in Semine. Choose the character that resonates with you the most and proceed with their questline.

For my playthrough, I chose Radovan, so I’ll detail his quest steps below.

Learn Blacksmithing

Upon your initial conversation with Radovan in Tachov, you'll need to demonstrate your blacksmithing skills. The tutorial involves heating the metal, shaping it, and tempering it into a weapon, which is straightforward.

After completing the tutorial, you'll officially become Radovan’s blacksmith apprentice, gaining access to the backroom for sleeping and the anvil for forging your own items whenever you wish.

Help Radovan Look For His Cart

Once you've earned Radovan's trust, speak with him the next day to discuss a more intriguing task. He'll inform you that two of his helpers were supposed to deliver goods to Semine but haven't returned. Your job is to investigate their whereabouts.

Travel south to Semine to trigger a cutscene, introducing you to Lord Semine and his guard, Gnarly. You'll then join them on a quest to find the missing cart. Before leaving, check with the stablehand to retrieve Henry’s lost horse, Pebbles. With high enough Speech skills and appropriate attire, you can reclaim Pebbles for free, which will make traveling much easier.

Follow the quest markers to locate the cart, where you'll encounter bandits. After dealing with them, return to Semine and update Radovan in Tachov about the situation.

Forge a Sword For the Wedding

As the wedding approaches, your final task is to forge a sword worthy of being a wedding gift for Lord Semine’s son. Radovan will ask you to retrieve the hermit’s sword.

Before embarking on this quest, consult the innkeeper for more information about the hermit and his rumored dealings with the devil. Then, head to Apollonia to continue the quest and gather the necessary items.

Bathe and Clean Up

To enter the wedding venue formally in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you must meet one last requirement. Ensure you're as clean as possible; a trough might suffice, but I recommend a proper bath at a bathhouse. Dress in your finest clothing and equip as many accessories as you can, such as rings and spectacles.

By appearing polished and well-groomed, you should pass the final check to attend the wedding and progress the story.
