Hearthstone's Next Expansion: The Emerald Dream Coming Soon
The enchanting yet perilously twisted world of the Emerald Dream is set to open its doors in Hearthstone with an expansion launching on March 25th. This exciting new addition introduces 145 fresh cards packed with innovative mechanics and legendary Wild Gods, ready to redefine the game's meta.
What’s Happening in This Expansion?
Ysera’s serene realm, the epicenter of all Nature magic, faces a looming threat. Players have the choice to either safeguard its ethereal beauty or succumb to the ensuing chaos.
A new keyword, Imbue, is introduced in the Into the Emerald Dream expansion. Players of Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, or Shaman classes will receive the blessings of the World Tree. The first time an Imbue card is played, your Hero Power undergoes a transformation into a more potent version specific to your class. Each subsequent Imbue card played further enhances your Hero Power.
For instance, Hunters gain the Blessing of the Wolf, while players of other classes outside the chosen six won't benefit from Imbue at all.
For those less inclined to protect nature, the Old Gods offer a darker path with the new keyword, Dark Gifts. This mechanic, tailored for Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior players, provides corrupting enhancements that synergize with Discover options, allowing the creation of formidable nightmare-fueled minions. The Emerald Dream expansion features 10 different Dark Gifts.

The expansion also introduces The Wild Gods, legendary minions representing colossal forces of nature. Each class is assigned one of these powerful beings to rally behind. Some Wild Gods have succumbed to corruption, creating a compelling dichotomy between those fighting for the Dream and those poised to plunge it into a Nightmare.
With a wealth of new content, The Emerald Dream expansion is set to launch on March 25th. Get ready for the release by downloading Hearthstone from the Google Play Store.
