Becoming a Hollow in the Hollow Era

Starting your journey as a Soul Spirit in Hollow Era, you're faced with a pivotal choice: to become a Shinigami or a Hollow. Opting for the latter path requires you to break all the links on your chain, naturally transforming you into a Hollow. Notably, your chain will break a link every two minutes, leading to your Hollow transformation even if you take no action.

Warning: Embarking on your Hollow journey in Hollow Era can be less dynamic than playing as a Shinigami. While Hollows boast a cooler aesthetic, progressing requires extensive grinding and repetitive kills. Aspiring to reach the prestigious Vasto Lorde or Espada status means committing to lengthy and tedious tasks.

Hollow Progression in the Hollow Era

Your first major goal as a Hollow is to evolve into a Gillian. This involves grinding by eliminating other Hollows and consuming their remains. You can transform into a Gillian at level 15, but at level 10, you gain the ability to open a Garganta gateway to Hueco Mundo, simplifying the process of finding and consuming Hollows.

Gillian Form in the Hollow Era

Upon evolving into a Gillian, your primary task shifts to continuously eliminating Hollows and engaging with Hollow Pillars in Hueco Mundo. Accumulating enough Progression Points will trigger teleportation to your inner world, where you must defeat all Hollows three times to evolve into an Adjucha.

Each session in your inner world requires defeating five Hollows, which are significantly tougher than standard ones. Don't worry about dying; you can retry as many times as needed.

Adjucha Form in the Hollow Era

As an Adjucha, you're at a crossroads, deciding whether to progress towards becoming a Vasto Lorde or an Arrancar.

Arrancar Progression

To become an Arrancar, interact with a Crystal Bush in Hueco Mundo, which spawns every 30 to 60 minutes (typically around 45 minutes). Upon contact, you'll transform into an Arrancar, gaining access to a keybind for quick travel to Hueco Mundo. Here's the list of all Arrancar Ressurections in Hollow Era.

Reaching level 50 as an Arrancar paves the way to obtaining your Resurrección, though we'll cover that later. Currently, Arrancars can utilize Kendo skills, with hopes for more abilities in future updates.

Vasto Lorde Progression

Opting for the Vasto Lorde path means continuing to eliminate and consume Hollows for Progression Points. However, be cautious; dying during this process will cost you 1% of your accumulated points.

Becoming Espada in the Hollow Era

Transitioning from Vasto Lorde to Espada involves the same method as becoming an Arrancar. Head to Hueco Mundo, find a Crystal Bush, and interact with it to become an Espada.

To locate a Crystal Bush more easily, enter Hueco Mundo, and in your settings, disable Atmosphere, Bloom, and Depth of Field. Then, find a vantage point to scan the area.

How to Get Your Resurrección

As an Arrancar or Espada, your ultimate goal is to obtain your Resurrección. Reach level 50, then visit Hueco Mundo and speak with Isen, the King of Hueco Mundo.

Isen will task you with defeating 50 Arrancars. Upon completion, you can activate your Resurrección when your Rage Bar is fully charged and pulsating. To fill your Rage Bar, engage in combat to deal or receive damage. The default keybind for Resurrección is "Y", and it deactivates when you run out of Reiatsu or Rage.
