The much-anticipated v8.1 update for *Honkai Impact 3rd*, dubbed "Drumming in New Resolutions," is set to launch on February 20th, bringing a wealth of exciting new content to the game. Players can expect new battlesuits, outfits, and a host of anniversary rewards that will enhance their gaming experience.

What's New in the Update?

Kiana makes a fiery return with her new SD-type battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star. This battlesuit is equipped with a long staff that delivers a devastating 4-sequence attack, dealing Fire DMG and accumulating Passion Marks for significant AOE damage. To further enhance her capabilities, the recommended weapon and PRI-ARM are designed to amplify her fiery attacks. Additionally, the Herrscher of Human: Ego is receiving new gear, including a recommended Divine Key, PRI-ARM, and a matching stigmata set.

On the narrative front, the v8.1 update delves deeper into Leylah's storyline. Following the dream crisis during the Spring Festival in v8.0, Kiana returns to reality and teams up with Rice Cake on a new mission assigned by Theresa. Their journey takes them to the Moon Base for a festive celebration. By playing through the interlude, players can earn Crystals, Source Prisms, and other valuable rewards.

The update also introduces a fun board feature where players can activate and collect Yearly Chibis to assemble their teams. Additionally, players can accumulate shop tokens, which can be exchanged for Crystals, Coralie's new outfit, and various other rewards.

New Outfits and Anniversary Rewards

Alongside Kiana's new battlesuit, other characters are getting stylish upgrades. Coralie, Luna, and Vita are all receiving new outfits. Luna's outfit can be obtained through spend bonuses, while Vita's new look will be available in the Outfit Supply.

The anniversary celebration brings a plethora of rewards for players. Simply logging in daily for seven days after the update will grant you a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Continuing the login streak for another seven days will reward you with Kiana's Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human's new Stigma Option, and 10 Equipment Supply Cards.

Between February 25th and March 4th, players who log in will receive an S-rank Battlesuit Option, Battlesuit Supply Cards, Crystals, and additional rewards. As a special thank-you, all players will receive five Battlesuit Supply Cards upon the update's release.
