In the latest Developer Radio, the team revealed key updates. Dialogue Skip and Story Summary cater to players eager to dive into gameplay or bypass pacing issues.

The skip feature segments conversations into paragraphs, allowing players to bypass sections while accessing a summary of missed dialogue, including pivotal characters and events. This ensures you stay connected to the storyline even when skipping.

Note that this feature excludes cutscenes and open-world exploration dialogue. For now, Story Summary includes Amphoreus, Jarilo-VI, and Herta Space Station, with additional regions planned for Version 3.6.

Players familiar with the game know that areas like Amphoreus can demand over 30 hours of reading, often feeling unnecessarily prolonged.

While the skip feature may not enhance narrative depth, it addresses pacing concerns. The game’s recent direction has sparked mixed reactions, and this addition reflects that reality.

What’s Next on the Horizon?

Version 3.6 will introduce a Story Recap feature, enabling players to revisit completed Trailblaze Missions, Trailblaze Continuances, and Companion Missions with customizable dialogue options.

Cinematics can also be replayed, though combat and exploration segments remain fixed. This feature offers a chance to revisit unvoiced dialogues impacted by past production challenges.
