The studio, established by former employees of renowned companies such as ZA/UM, Rockstar Games, and Bungie, has unveiled the first glimpse of the game's mechanics, heralding it as a spiritual successor to the acclaimed Disco Elysium. The storyline revolves around a journalist who wakes up in a mining town after a night of excessive drinking. Players, dealing with a severe hangover, are tasked with reconstructing the events of the previous night and navigating an escalating local conflict. The choices made by players can either soothe tensions or intensify them, adding a layer of depth to the gameplay.
