This guide details how to complete the "Ill Repute" side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, specifically focusing on obtaining the flea-infested item. This quest stems from "A Good Scrub," initiated by speaking with Betty, the bathhouse owner in Kuttenberg (southeast section).

Initiating the Quest Line:

To begin, speak to the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work opportunities. This leads you to Betty, who tasks you with finding Matsek and bringing three girls to work at the bathhouse. After successfully recruiting the girls, you'll help Betty promote the bathhouse and then clean it before an inspection by the alderman. Successfully completing this phase unlocks the "Ill Repute" quest.

Finding the Flea-Infested Item:

Betty reveals that the city council is deciding on the main bathhouse, requiring you to drive the councillor away from the competing bathhouse. This involves discovering the councillor's dislikes (through conversations with Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida), potentially sabotaging the rival bathhouse with chamomile brew or fragrant oils, and finally, locating a flea-infested item.

The flea-infested item is found at the east gate of Kuttenberg. Search the beggar's camp located there; a flea-infested blanket is among their belongings.

Completing the Quest:

Once you acquire the flea-infested blanket, return to the rival bathhouse. Discreetly place the fleas in Councillor Naaz's laundry basket (and ideally, a clean laundry basket as well). Note that completing this task is optional; successfully completing one of the three tasks (the brew, oils, or fleas) is sufficient to progress the quest. After the councillor leaves, the quest concludes, opening the way for subsequent quests such as "Axe from the Lake."
