Locating Celebcrows:

Celebcrows, identifiable by their tuxedo-like plumage, are found in pairs across various Wishfield regions. Access to Florawish, unlocked through the 'Land of Wishes' quest (Chapter 1), is required. The Bye Bye Dust ability outfit is crucial for safely approaching these skittish birds.

In Florawish, Celebcrows are primarily located on the eastern outskirts, near Silken Lake. A pair resides on the Sanctum of the Observant's roof (near a Warp Spire). Others are scattered along the beach and nearby islands. A map highlighting their locations is recommended.

Additional Celebcrows inhabit the Abandoned District, often found on bridges between stonetree islands, such as near the Market of Mirth.

Gathering Feathers:

Approach Celebcrows from a distance with the Bye Bye Dust outfit equipped. The blue brush icon indicates grooming readiness. Grooming yields one Celebcrow Feather and Grooming Insight. While no Essence is gained, gathering bonus nodes (Heart of Infinity Grid) provide extra feathers.

Alternative acquisition methods include the Dig, Pear-Pal feature (for Blings) and purchasing from the in-game store ('Resonance' tab) using Tranquility Droplets.
