The project, shrouded in secrecy since its inception in December 2019, involved creating a unique blend of the established Nikki IP's dress-up mechanics with a fully realized open-world environment. Game designer Sha Dingyu describes the challenge of integrating these seemingly disparate elements, highlighting the years of research and development required to build the game's foundation from the ground up.

The documentary emphasizes the team's commitment to pushing the boundaries of the Nikki franchise, expanding beyond its mobile origins to a new platform. The producer's dedication is evident in his creation of a clay model of the Grand Millewish Tree, symbolizing the team's vision and passion.

The video offers glimpses into the vibrant world of Miraland, focusing on the mystical Grand Millewish Tree and its inhabitants, including the Faewish Sprites.
