Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and More in Season 1

Get ready for a major update to Marvel Rivals! On January 10th at 1 AM PST, Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls arrives, bringing with it the Fantastic Four's Invisible Woman, new maps, a fresh game mode, and a brand-new battle pass.

A recent gameplay trailer showcases Invisible Woman's unique abilities. She's classified as a Strategist, utilizing attacks that damage foes while simultaneously healing allies. Her kit includes a knockback for close-range threats, temporary invisibility, a double jump for enhanced mobility, and a protective shield for teammates. Her ultimate ability creates a zone of invisibility, disrupting long-range enemy attacks.

Mister Fantastic also makes his debut in Season 1, demonstrating a blend of Duelist and Vanguard capabilities in his own gameplay reveal. He boasts above-average health for a DPS character, utilizing stretching attacks and a defensive buff.

While the arrival of Human Torch and The Thing will follow in a mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks after launch (full seasons are planned for roughly three months), the absence of Blade, despite data leaks hinting at his presence in the game files, has been noted by some players. The reveal of Dracula as Season 1's primary antagonist fueled speculation about Blade's inclusion, but he will not be appearing at launch.
