The new Iron Man game could be revealed as early as next week
EA Motive and SEED will unveil their groundbreaking "Texture Sets" technology at the Game Developers Conference (GDC), showcasing its impact on titles like Dead Space, Iron Man, and others. This innovative approach merges related texture sets into a single resource, streamlining processing and enabling the creation of enhanced textures. EA's lead technical artist, Martin Palko, will lead the presentation, detailing the intricacies of this texture and graphics development process.

The GDC demonstration might offer a glimpse into the highly anticipated Iron Man game, potentially revealing gameplay footage or crucial details. Announced in 2022, the game has remained largely shrouded in mystery, fueling cancellation rumors. However, EA Motive's GDC participation confirms ongoing development. The conference runs from March 17th to 21st, 2025.
Currently, Iron Man is known to be a single-player RPG featuring an open world and built using Unreal Engine 5. EA Motive is expected to leverage its experience with Anthem's flight system in the game's development.
