KEMCO’s Turn-Based RPG Alphadia III Lands Globally on Android

Today marks the global release of *Alphadia III* on Android, the third installment in the beloved Alphadia series. Developed by EXE CREATE and published by KEMCO, the game initially launched in Japan last October and is now available worldwide.
What’s the Story in Alphadia III?
Set in the Alphadian Year 970, *Alphadia III* plunges players into the final throes of the Energi War, a monumental struggle for control over a mysterious life force known as energi. The world is split among three major factions: the Schwarzschild Empire in the north, the Nordsheim Kingdom to the west, and the Luminea Alliance in the east, each vying for dominance.
The narrative kicks off as everything teeters on the brink of collapse, introducing us to a clone soldier named Alfonso. His life takes a dramatic turn with the arrival of a girl named Tarte, who brings news of another clone's death, setting him on a path that will change the course of the war.
What’s the Gameplay Like?
*Alphadia III* retains the classic turn-based combat system with a side-view perspective, rendered in charming pixel art. Players can utilize SP Skills, which charge during battles and can turn the tide when used strategically. Additionally, the game introduces Arrays, battle formations and strategies that unlock progressively, offering various approaches to combat based on the enemies you face.
A novel feature is the Energi Crock, where players can deposit surplus items gathered during their journey. Over time, the Crock produces Energi Elements that can be exchanged for equipment or other rewards at in-game shops.
Throughout the game, players will encounter diverse groups such as the peacekeeping alliance Deval and elite military units like Rosenkreutz from Nordsheim. There are also different energi clone models in play, with Nordsheim boasting the Berger Series and Schwarzschild deploying the Delta Series.
Beyond the central narrative, *Alphadia III* offers a wealth of side content and is optimized for controller use. You can download the game from the Google Play Store for $7.99, or opt for the freemium version on Android, which includes ads.
