Following the Season 01 update for Black Ops 6 and Warzone, many players discovered a surplus of previously unseen XP tokens within Black Ops 6. These were readily used to boost XP, Weapon XP, and Battle Pass progression. However, a November 15th update addressed an issue that allowed these tokens to be activated in the Black Ops 6 UI.

Legacy XP Tokens are unused tokens carried over from previous Call of Duty titles, accessible through the COD HQ app, such as Modern Warfare II, Modern Warfare III, or Warzone. These tokens were earned through various methods in those games, including DMZ Missions, Battle Pass Tiers, and brand promotions. While usable in Warzone, their direct application in Black Ops 6 was temporarily unavailable.
