Yamada Heiando, a distinguished Japanese lacquerware brand, has teamed up with The Pokémon Company to craft these unique bowls, blending traditional techniques with the beloved Pokemon universe. The bowls feature Pikachu (representing the rat), Ekans (the snake), and Dragonite (the dragon).

These bowls are more than just dining utensils; they are described by the lacquerware company as "gentle guardians watching over you and your children as you spend dinner with them." Yamada Heiando focuses on the joy of families, especially babies and children, with the hope that "this product will become a vessel that allows you to watch and rejoice together in your child’s happy daily growth."

Each bowl comes with a symbolic meaning tied to a child's development: Pikachu embodies kindness, Ekans represents growth, and Dragonite signifies openness.

Due to their immense popularity, these exquisite bowls sold out within hours of their launch on January 17, 2025. A second chance to purchase them will be available starting January 31. Note that there's a limit of two items per customer.

Each set is priced at 16,500 JPY, roughly $105 USD. International shipping is available, with additional charges based on packaging size, peak season surcharges, and aviation fuel prices.

Pokemon Center’s Exclusive Eevee Evolutions Figures

In addition to the bowls, The Pokémon Company launched an exclusive figure set featuring Eevee's evolutions on January 16, 2025, available only at the Pokémon Center, the official online store for a wide array of Pokemon-themed merchandise.

The "Evolving Personalities Figure" series kicks off with Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon, with subsequent releases planned for the rest of Eevee's evolutions throughout the year. Each Pokémon in this series showcases a unique personality trait: Jolteon is skillful, Flareon is satisfied, and Vaporeon is playful. Future releases will continue to highlight distinct personality traits for each Eeveelution.
