The Witchcraft system features three core categories: Eldritch, Psyche, and Growth & Decay, each representing a unique aspect of occult magic. Progressing through the Season's questline earns Restless Rot, used to upgrade Altars near the Tree of Whispers. However, beyond the standard Altars lie the Forgotten Altars, granting access to exceptionally potent Lost Powers.

The Challenge of Discovery

Unlike their counterparts, Forgotten Altars don't have fixed locations. They randomly appear within Sanctuary's dungeons.
